After the entry into force of the Personal Data Protection Act, and in accordance with the European Union Directive on Personal Data Protection (GDPR), public interest, but primarily all tangible entities, has expanded in this area. Although the law regulating this area was already in force, after the new ZZPL came into force on 21.11.2018. with a delayed application of nine (9) months, a focus of data protection area has expanded significantly. Also, increased attention is being influenced by the process of accession of the Republic of Serbia to the European Union, so all indications are that in the years to come legal counseling and resolving personal data protection issues will increase.

Our office was ready to meet the challenge. In cooperation with our partners, we have undergone trainings and got meet in details with the news of positive legal solutions. In this area we have already created solutions for our clients, so our experience and good knowledge, but also cooperation with experts in this field gives us the opportunity to give the right advice to change the regulations within the legal entities with which we cooperate. With the rules on the manner of handling employees in accordance with the storage of data, we provide interior decoration by all standards and in accordance with applicable laws.

For clients whose websites have the ability to collect information, we formulate privacy policies. The consent of persons who voluntarily leave their data in order to keep up with certain products and services, directing in accordance with applicable regulations.
