In order to provide a more efficient service in the field of business law, we further specify commercial, labor and tax law. Civil law is further divided into hereditary, family,real and contract law. Criminal matter on parts of the proceedings, such as pre-trial, investigative, judicial and special misdemeanor proceeding, all in the interest of the best service for our clients.

We have divided the broad areas of work into narrow specification in order to provide the most efficient and complete service possible. For that reason, the area of business law, internally, is further divided into the successive sections of commercial, labor and tax law. The broadest civil law is further divided into hereditary, real, family and contractual and criminal law to parts of the proceedings, such as pre-trial, investigative, judicial and special misdemeanor proceedings.

Our goal is to make our clients a reliable and trustworthy business partner, not just a legal service provider. To approach development strategies in accordance with legal regulations through common appearance and knowledge.

We strive for our goals gradually. With a realistic approach, we try to focus our goals on the time to come, but while respecting the tradition, morals and ethics that carries with it responsibility towards the profession. We very much care that our emphasis in moving forward is focused on listening to our clients’ needs. By observing social reality and legal dynamics, we strive to find a place in this space and become a factor of confidentiality, stability and timeliness.

Recognizing confidentiality as the backbone of our functioning, in accordance with Lawyers’ Ethics, we have drafted individual acts that we sign with our partners, employees, and clients. What is known in the global business as the NDA is the legal basis of all our business and internal working relationships. In addition to the ethical and mandatory legal approach, one of the goals of our office is to take a conspiratorial approach individually. In this way, we are introducing a corporate culture to both our and our clients’ businesses.

Considering the time factor that plays a significant role in our profession, stability and timeliness are the epithets we strive for. We want our clients to have confidence in perseverance in procedures and in long-lasting business relationships. Due to extraordinary circumstances, we are ready to work together to devise strategies and ways to move forward. Also, when it comes to timeliness, in the areas where deadlines are the basic instrument of functioning, again in training with our employees we insist on the importance of time.

The vision of our office is to be synonymous with an office that operates in accordance with the time to come. With an innovative approach, we strive to adapt to the economic dynamic and become a part of the environment that progresses. We want the name of our office to instill confidence, security and responsibility in the advice and relationships in which we participate.

We strive to maintain the original vision that the founder of the office had, that without compromise we strive to protect the interests of our clients and partners. We are convinced that this vision is also the basis for long-term relationships. We want the future to be imbued with the relationships in which we have shown and proved this aspiration, and in doing so we encourage others to be guided in this way.

The mission of the office is to develop a team and cultivate knowledge as the basis of guidelines well performed task. Throughout the desired cooperation with educational institutions we want to enrich our office again with fresh ideas and creative approach. Vocational training and innovation of our associates is not time limited mission.

We accomplish the mission in two ways. The first is admitting students and getting to know both our and the practices of the state bodies we act against, and the second is motivating our office members to innovate knowledge in different fields. In cooperation with the Faculty of Law of the University of Kragujevac we participated in projects of intensive practice of law students. We are honored to pass on the knowledge to our young colleagues and show them their opportunities after completing the formal part of education. This is also a way to refresh our mission with new minds that share the same values as we do.

The mission of developing existing capacities through knowledge and further training forms the backbone of the development methods of our team. Teamwork is based on selfless transfer of knowledge through practical analysis of the subject metter in the work. We also motivate each other to constantly improve and acquire knowledge. As a result, the office is constantly following legal doctrine in the search for new facts that can enrich our team.

Regional cooperation builds on the three pillars mentioned above. Establishing cooperation with colleagues and organizations at a higher level than us is a constant priority and aspiration. We are ready to always learn and bring new methods to our environment through collaboration and observation of others.
